Training & Staff/Volunteer Development

Staff and Volunteers are the heart of what makes a ministry work.  God provides the senior leader with the vision and that senior leader is dependent upon those staff and volunteer leaders to bring the vision to reality.  Our Training & Development work has been noticed around the country for it's thoroughness, consistency, relevance, and solid applicability.  Each training opportunity is uniquely catered to the requesting ministry.  We have provided one-day, one-time workshops, as well as, three to four day training retreats.

Along with a team of individuals, combined with the past experience of being in multiple ministry capacities, these onsite and virtual training opportunities will equip ministers and church leaders with the hands-on and practical insight to take ministry to the place it needs to be.  We have provided practical assessments, critical questions, effective follow-up, and real-time feedback.  No ministry is too small and/or large.  One of our favorite lines from the movie, Remember The Titans, is "attitude reflects leadership".  Regardless of how much preaching takes place in the pulpit, the real leadership of a ministry takes place outside of the pulpit and more often than not, during the week.  Even in ministry, the old adage about the weakest link, holds true.  Pastors, organizational leaders, and staff members have recruited and requested our services for training and consulting.  The objectives can be measured, but the results cannot be.
