What sort of services do you provide?
Although there's a lot that we do, there is also a lot that we don't do. We don't simply tell people what to do. We do provide an environment where an engaging process of growth, learning, and transformation for your organization and individuals in your organization that will align your groups for long-term success.
Although I would love to be able to fix everything and answer every question that you may have, I might not be able to. In reality, there are some experiences where professional assistance and referral services may be the best option. We are wise enough to know when this is the case.
We don't disclose all of your business to the general public. All of the information that you share with us, particularly on consulting projects, remain confidential. If any of your situations and/or experiences can be used as case studies and learning examples for others, we'll be sure to clear that with you prior to taking this route. Even at that point, no names or specifics will be disclosed. We respect you too much to spill any beans.

Do you limit the ministry and professional help that you offer?
Because our teachings are grounded in biblical principles and many of the life principles that we operate from are cross-cultural, cross-racial, and cross-denominational, we do not limit the ministerial and professional services that we offer. We have ministered at a wide range of ministries and organizations, including Greek Orthodox groups, traditional Baptist groups, Southern Baptist groups, Pentacostal organizations, Non-denominational organizations, Hispanic groups, multi-racial ministries...you get the idea. God has tremendously blessed us!
What size ministries do you target?
No size. We have ministered and provided services to a wide array of ministries and organizations - from small rural ministries to large cosmopolitan ministries. The only requirement is a desire to be INSPIRED!

We've had people come to us and speak, and then we didn't hear from them anymore. What sort of follow-up services and packages do you offer?
We are available for additional consultations and even distance training (that can be included as a feature in our consulting packages). We believe that effective follow-up increases accountability, stability, and long-term growth in individuals and organizations. One of the offerings that make us unique is that after we leave, you will have an opportunity to receive at least 2 to 3 follow-up sessions for your team and organization.
What makes you different than other youth speakers, leaders, and consultants that claim the same thing?
Wow, this is a hard question. There are alot of great youth speakers and youth ministry consultants out there. Many of them I know personally and respect a great deal. Without a doubt we don't profess to be the best out there. That's crazy. I believe that in over a decade of ministry, God has blessed me to learn a few things, gain some wisdom, and a willingness to share what I know. Simply put, it is this availability that God uses.
I think a few of the things that makes us unique is that we have experienced ministry in an urban setting, in which there are limited resources and limited well-rounded and skilled individuals who are sharing the information on an international platform as we are. I also believe that having began my ministry journey as a teenager, I have now been able to develop a pretty well-rounded and balanced view of ministry.
Finally, I believe our long standing record of ministry, serving organizations, and established relationships across the country, further establishes our credibility. We're are extremely thankful to all of the doors that God has opened for us.
